Here's some information regarding Warehouse Deals:

What are Warehouse Deals?
If an item is returned, it is shipped off and funneled through a return facility where it is given a 20-point inspection to see if it has picked up any bumps or bruises along the way — and if it will need a little TLC or any repairs. During the inspection, items are graded in order of quality: "Like New/Open Box," "Very Good," "Good," and "Acceptable," with a short description to provide customers information about their condition. Then, each item is listed back on Amazon.com, joining millions of other high-quality, discounted products on Amazon Warehouse.

How product conditions are marked:
All of our products go through a quality check prior to being sold. We use conditions such as “Like New” to give you an understanding of the overall condition the product is in. We then help you better understand the item condition by listing comments unique to that item.

Renewed An item that has been inspected and tested by Amazon or an Amazon-qualified performance-managed supplier, to work and look like new. The item has minimal to no signs of wear, or visible cosmetic damages when held from 12 inches away. Product may come repackaged. All accessories will be present, though some may be generic brands. The product comes with the Amazon Renewed Guarantee giving you a replacement or refund within 90 days of purchase if the product does not work as expected.

All items will be marked detailing if something is missing, scuffed/scratched etc and the location of wear.
